2. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what is needed to run, improve, and support the Game.

2.1 Information you provide

Depending on features you use, you may provide:

• Display name / username (for leaderboards or profiles)
• Email address (only if you contact support or create an account)
• Support messages and attachments you send to us
• In-app feedback or bug reports

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you install or play the Game, we and/or our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device information: device model, OS version, language, screen size, time zone
• App information: app version, install source, and crash and performance reports that Google Play provides to developers
• Gameplay / progress data: level progress, run times, medals, settings, personal bests, and ghost-run data, stored locally or synced when online features are used
• Usage and ad interaction data: ad impressions, clicks, and related events collected by our advertising partner
• Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) where allowed by your device settings, and app instance identifiers used by Firebase to run online features
• Network information: IP address (often truncated or processed by providers), connection type
• Approximate location: derived from IP address only (not precise GPS)

2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not intentionally collect:

• Government ID numbers
• Payment card numbers entered into our own forms (purchases, if any, are handled by Google Play)
• Precise GPS location (unless we later request it with a clear in-app purpose and your consent)
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content (unless a future update requests a specific permission and you grant it)

2.4 Local storage on your device

The Game may store data locally on your device, such as:

• Settings and control preferences
• Personal best times and medals
• Offline progress
• Cached assets

Uninstalling the Game usually deletes local data, except data already synced to our servers or third-party services.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Game and Services
• Save progress, scores, medals, and personal bests
• Provide leaderboards, rankings, and ghost/compare features
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse/cheating
• Analyze aggregated gameplay trends to improve level design and balance
• Communicate with you about support requests and important service notices
• Comply with law and enforce our terms
• Show ads and measure ad performance through Google AdMob (see Section 5)
• Process purchases through Google Play, if the Game offers in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we process personal data under one or more of these bases:

• Contract: to provide the Game features you request
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, analytics, product improvement (balanced against your rights)
• Consent: where required (for example personalized advertising and advertising identifiers)
• Legal obligation: when we must keep or disclose data to comply with law

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. Advertising, analytics, and third parties

We use trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies.

5.1 Analytics & crash reporting

The Game currently does not include separate analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We may review aggregated crash and performance reports that Google Play provides to developers.

5.2 Advertising

The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed by your device settings and applicable law. Where required, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.

5.3 Platform services

Google Play may process purchase, install, and account-related information under Google’s policies when you use Play features.

5.4 Leaderboards / online services

Online leaderboards and cloud sync use Google Firebase. Scores, usernames, and related gameplay stats are stored with Firebase, which may also process app instance identifiers and IP addresses to operate these services. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy for details.

6. How we share information

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us host, advertise, or support the Game (under contracts that limit misuse)
• With other players when you participate in public leaderboards (username/display name and scores may be visible)
• For legal reasons if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified if required)
• With your direction or consent

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing unless we clearly disclose that and obtain any required consent.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

• Local device data: until you clear app data or uninstall
• Support emails: typically up to 24 months after resolution, unless longer retention is required
• Leaderboard / cloud sync data: while your profile remains active or until you request deletion, subject to backup and legal needs
• Advertising data: retained by Google AdMob according to Google’s policies

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (for example access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong device lock and keep your OS updated.

9. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable digital-consent age).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under those ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@ytcorp.in and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent

To make a request, email support@ytcorp.in. To delete leaderboard or cloud sync data, include the username shown in the Game. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

You can also:

• Limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your Android settings
• Uninstall the Game or clear its app storage to remove data stored on your device

11. International users

YT Corp operates from India. Our service providers, including Google (AdMob and Firebase), may process information in India and other countries where they operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the Game after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
